Andy Sugarman – Andy is a 2nd generation Sugarman taking over the business from his father Manny. He has established an extensive supply base from UK suppliers and Abroad. Andy is a member of the worshipful company of fruiterers and was recognised when made a Liveryman of the City of London.
Eddie Nelson – Eddie is the longest serving employee moving from Sugarmans over to South East Fruits. He currently manages the site. Eddie has a good contact base in the Industry and sources the best quality produce at the best prices. His specialist knowledge on the produce is second to none and his eye for detail ensures each customer receives top quality goods.
Jack Sugarman – Jack is the youngest member of the team and is swiftly following in the footsteps of his grand-father and father. Jack is precise and his appetite for knowledge makes him an invaluable member of our team.
Jackie Nelson – Jackie is Eddie’s older sister and boasts a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the retail side of the project. She currently is assisting the team in the Wholesale side and deals with Sales and Accounts.
Dave Marsden – Dave is our porter. He deals with picking and loading the goods ready for collection and delivery. His knowledge of the vegetable trade is extensive having worked at Borough Market
Wholesale for 15 years
Pete Ball – Pete is our delivery driver and has a good knowledge of the local area. He ensures the goods are delivered on time. His punctuality is an asset to the company.
Julie Cressey – Julie is our retail lady. She trades retail from the site on a Saturday and is currently building a growing retail delivery service. Her customer skills are exceptional. Julie has extensive knowledge of the retail trade and can often been seen as a guest on various TV food shows. Her contact base is extensive which she uses to her advantage.
